Returns policy

All our products are customizable and made to measure for each customer. Therefore, our return/exchange policy is strict and the following points must be taken into account:

  • We can only accept the return of products with a manufacturing defect.
  • If there is any kind of visible damage, including: stamping error, defect in the part, error in the stamped content, among others.

If you have any problems with your order, please contact us using the means available.

Last thoughts and instructions regarding the returns policy:

  • For defective products, simply contact us using the available means and send photos of the product and the defective parts.
  • The return request must be made within a maximum of 30 days from the day the product arrives at its destination. If you make a return request outside this period, we will not issue a refund.

All the pieces that are sold have an increased production cost due to the manual work that goes into all the customizations. Our designers carry out all the customizations with impeccable quality, so all the pieces have a very high cost since it is not a serial product. We cannot sell a customized product again.

Each case will be analyzed by our customer service team and we will be able to reach an agreement that solves the problem.

Order cancellation

Once you have placed your order, it is not possible to cancel it. Our systems immediately hand over the customization process to our designers and for operational reasons we cannot cancel orders.

  • We do not guarantee or take responsibility for delivery dates, the periods provided are estimates.
  • If you have contacted us by email and we have not replied within a maximum of 7 working days, please check the spam folder in your email.
  • If you haven't received any spam emails, please contact us by an alternative means and report the issue. If you haven't received an email after your purchase, check that the email address you provided is correct.
  • If the problem persists, contact us by any available means and our team will resolve the problem.
